- Required for shared workspaces and team use
- A license key by email: activate it on up to 3 Macs, with no sign-in needed

Choose where MeetingMate runs.
Both start with the free month. To keep using either after it, upgrade to Pro.
Individual Mac app
Keep notes and transcription on an Apple Silicon Mac. This source setup uses Python and Ollama.
See Mac setupTeam browser workspace · Pro
Open shared notes on Mac, Windows or mobile through a browser. Each member gets the free month, then needs Pro. The operator supplies a host, HTTPS, email delivery and backups; a Docker stack packages the service dependencies.

What happens when my free month ends?
Your meetings, notes and minutes stay where they are, and you can still open, copy and export them. New recordings, minutes and questions need Pro. Nothing is deleted.
Are Individual and Team separate pricing plans?
No. Everyone starts with the free month, and Pro is the plan to keep going. Individual Mac and Team browser are setup choices. The team service is self-hosted and has separate operating costs.
Is Pro a subscription?
No. The planned Pro license is priced at USD $59, paid once. Checkout is not open yet because Pro features and team access rules are still being implemented.
Can I use MeetingMate on Windows, Linux or mobile?
Yes, through the shared browser service after it is deployed. The individual local app and system-audio recorder are for Apple Silicon Macs.
What does browser recording capture?
The device microphone. It does not automatically capture the audio output of Zoom, Teams or another app.
Where are team notes stored?
In the SQLite database on the host running your shared service. The individual app stores its notes on the Mac where it runs.
