Walk into every meeting prepared
MeetingMate reads the calendars already on your computer, reminds you when a meeting starts, and puts a short brief in front of you: who's coming, what you talked about last time, and what's still open.
The calendars you already have
Connect macOS Calendar once and every account in it — Google, Outlook/Exchange, iCloud — shows up, with no separate sign-in and nothing leaving your computer. Prefer a feed? Add iCal URLs instead, or both.
- Today's and tomorrow's meetings in the sidebar
- Recurring meetings get their own notes each time
- All-day and cancelled events are skipped
A brief before you join
Open the brief for any upcoming meeting to see who's attending, what you discussed the last time you met, and which action items are still open — pulled from your own past notes.
- Attendees at a glance
- Highlights from your previous meeting with them
- Open action items, so nothing gets dropped
One click to start
When a meeting is about to begin you get a banner and a desktop notification. Start notes and the title, attendees, time and call link are filled in for you. Starting again from the same event reopens the same notes.
- Desktop notification at start time
- Call link ready to open
- Attendee names help the transcript spell them right
Take better notes in your next meeting.
