Record the device microphone with participant consent. Audio goes to the service host for transcription and is deleted after processing.
Notes and summaries
Edit shared notes and transcripts, then use a model running through the service host to enhance them.
Packaged server stack
Docker packages the web service, transcription model, Ollama and notes model. The host operator manages HTTPS, SMTP and backups.

The individual Mac app stores meetings on that Mac and can transcribe there. The team browser app stores shared notes on the service host; microphone audio is sent there for transcription. The host operator controls access and backups.
